Hi Chaos Team.
Anima fails to render properly on backburner network rendering. When my project is queued in Backburner with the Anima 3ds Max scene xrefed, it does not render at all. I have also tried sending the Anima scene and xref’ing other files like the cameras and that doesn’t work. When I open the render to inspect what’s happening, it launches multiple 3ds Max render sessions that quickly max out the available RAM. The render nodes each have between 128 GB and 256 GB of RAM. I also tried changing the purchases path to UNC and even that didn’t work. By the way I think your support page is not working.
I also have a problem when I link in to Chaos Vantage the characters look highly reflective
Here’s the project structure:
00UTPrimeArchVizAni02 – Main file compiling all XRefs
01UTContext.max – Context file
01UTArchSiteModel.max – Architectural site and vegetation
02UTBuilding.max – Architectural building
03UTCrass.max – Grass
04UTCAnima.max – Problem file containing the Anima scene
10UTCameraSun.max – Sunlight and animated cameras
