Is it possible to create a traffic path or a path for a moving car? Like in Twinmotion or D5? and how?
And are there any vehicles with wheel animation in the cosmos?

Currently this is not possible directly in Vantage and at the moment there are no cars with separate moving wheels in the Chaos Cosmos library. If you want to achieve this you will have to make the vehicle animation inside your DCC of choice and export a vrscene to open in Vantage or use Live Link animation rendering(currently only from 3ds Max, Maya and Cinema 4D).
