I build a interior scene with a walkthrough camera
every frame the light changes
- used vray light-material
- and some spots with vray-shadow
- environment override on (only 0,1)
- vray light planes are to heavy, tried it.
anyone know a solution

Afaik, using illuminated planes with the vray light material is heavier and more prone to sample “boiling” than using a vray light.
From your post I gather you have a static scene with a camera moving through it, so precalculating the imap should do the trick for you there.
(You can use the multi frame incremental mode for this if you like.
Other than that, the only other way to avoid this stuff is to set the quality pretty high if you’re calculating the light per frame..
