I am having an issue with activating my Corona Renderer license. When I try to activate, the system shows “No licenses available” both under Online licensing and Dongle.
I asked the support team but no one answered.
Sorry to hear about the issues - however, licensing issues can only be addressed by the licensing team so there isn’t any help we can provide on the forum, which needs a ticket sent in via https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new . If you have already sent in a ticket using that form, you can let us know the ticket number as then our support can check in with the licensing team to see what the current status is.
PS, BTW Corona does not and never has used dongle based licensing.
