Hey TD,
I like it, its definately different, I would add the following:
the roof look like solid concrete, maybe a tongue+grooved displace/bump on the underside of it, so it looks less of a single object.
not 100%sure on the colour of the window frames, maybe more wood like or powder coated aluminium type.
The tree looks very 2d around the trunk, i would swap with better tree. One pillar (extremem left looks like it is reflecting the background and hence looks a bit transparent on the left edge)
