You are a few years late for that :). They do respond, it just takes a while. Ideally one of us can help.

Thank you for posting this.

We completely understand your concern and where it is coming from. The silence from the Anima support team on the issues posted in the forums has caused a significant frustration that we are trying to address right now.

The reason for this temporary silence is the sudden increase in support requests we received after the release of Anima 6, which happened at the same time we opened this Anima section of the forums. For the reasons explained in this post, our participation in the forum has a lower priority than responding to direct support requests submitted through the official support channels. This has caused our temporary silence in the forum and the general frustration that has been spreading through the users.

Now that we have finally been able to catch up and keep our backlog of support requests stable, we will focus on the forum and try to answer all the questions that have been raised during this time. As far as I can see, most of them are related to fixes already introduced in the latest version of Anima (6.1.0), but we will address each case in the detail it deserves.
