Any parametric modelling plugins for max?

I have alot of models that use the same kit of parts but some parts are different widths (See attached image)
Does anyone know of any way i can automate the building of them in a parametric system similar to that in revit where you import an excel spreadsheet of values?
Im thinking maybe railclone can help with the parametric modelling?
