Any way to suppress autosave during IR?

Its just a little annoyance but is there any way i can stop autosaves from happening when the IR Window is rendering?

I wasnt having a restart problem its just that each time it autosaves the IR window stops updating is all

Is it the same in RC3?

Has it potentially been fixed in V2? Im using 1.7.x but as im in the middle of a project i havent been able to test the new RCs at work
