Anyone using 4k monitors and having issues?

Hi everyone, I’ve been having quite a bit of trouble working on 4k monitors with DPI scaling. I’d really like to know if any of you are using 4k displays, and if you’re having and performance issues with 3ds max, like extremely sluggish slate editor movements, weird UI bugs etc.

I’m currently using triple 4k 60hz monitors with 7980xe @4.2Ghz, 128gb ram, 2 x 1080ti (with latest drivers), and some m.2 drives.

Would greatly appreciate hearing someone elses experience so I can know if it’s just me.

Anything pre-2017 won’t work in MAX.

Thanks for the reply. I am using 2017 and trying to work with 2018 but having a bunch of issues with the scaling… nightmare reall. Also, 2018 doesn’t work above 149% scaling for me, which is still very small because I’m using 3 x 27" 4k

Do you have all the patches? It was messed up before they released the matches on 2018.
