These are great. My only comment would be to put a lintel/shelf angle under the brick at the top of the window so it isn’t visible.
Perfect, but please let them cook for a little bit longer, or optimize render settings (I can help you with that!) to get rid of that noise. Also, bump could be much more subtle on most materials.

I agree with Maru , you must reduce bump value at floor , kitchen cabinets, and sofa
For me one of the reasons for noise is your bump maps everywhere - espessially on floor
