It would be nice if the assets were categorised accordingly. i.e. furniture, entourage, plumbing, planting. It’s hard to control the visuals if you do want to use the assets in floor plans, elevations etc.

Are you using Revit perhaps?
If so, all our assets are in the Planting category as this allows to scale them, unlike other categories.
