# Asset could not be imported due to one or more errors

I am constantly getting this message on most of the assets I try to download. No true explanation here. The assets are in my plan. Any help in clearing this up? Version 4.20.0.417 with Revit. Thanks.

Hi CBroda,

thank you for that message, sorry that you are experiencing this.

We will have to check the log files about the potentially underlying behavior or its reasons. Please use the feedback button In the Enscape toolbar to send in a report. Enscape does not have to run actively to perform this and please make sure the option to include log files is active.

Also add the information whether this is a random occurance or if the same assets are affected all the time.
