Asset Crashes

Not sure if anyone has experienced this precise issue. The asset for the Boabab Tree when using SketchUp 2023 (latest version) with the Enscape, causes a crash. As soon as this asset is placed in a scene or revealed from a hidden tag, hidden object it causes a crash of Enscape and SketchUp. Seems that the asset may well have become corrupted. It was working fine a few months ago when I was last working on the specific project.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for your post - In this case you can also submit us a feedback report with logs so that we can identify if this boils down to simply an incompatibility or perhaps even another issue or such that might be resolvable.
