I think the search function would be a lot more helpful & efficient if it functioned more like Unreal or Substance’s search does. Currently I have to scroll up and down searching for the category I want, select it, and only then can I type in my search parameters. In other programs I can generally dont have to do a bunch of scrolling before I search. Just start typing in my search, and BAMMM!---> I have search results showing up and I can quickly find what I’m looking for.
To sum it up, I think a more powerful search function would be ready to go without having to select a material category and would search all of the available categories. Maybe there could also be an option to select a category to filter results to just one category if desired..?
