When I open an existent archicad file, with enscape assets inserted it crashes both enscape and archicad. I tried to make a new archicad file, with no assets and it allows me to run enscape easily. But the moment i insert assets it crashes all over again. So with this paid educational enscape version i have not been able to use normally, specially with enscape assets, which i could use with windows trial version. It is very frustrating since i wanted to use this software in mac, to boost the most of it, and as for now it has been pretty worst than the windows version. Right now i changed all software to mac, since this enscape version was available, and all my work is pending to this issue to be solved, so i cannot go on with my usual work daily.
I already send feedback report yesterday about this issue with bug number AC26-2024-02-05-22-33-51-7224.
Hope we can get back to me as soon as possible, with a solution in order to my enscape version is totally operational.

I have the exact same issues and I’m also highly depending on it to work. Invested a lot in new hardware because of the requirements of Enscape, so I really need it to work.

Hi Ana, my solution was to reinstall Archicad itself. It seems it was installed due to a migration between computers as an intel-based version. Uninstall Archicad, remove all folders from archicad (if they remain), download the Apple Silicon version of Archicad, install and reinstall Enscape. After rebooting the computer, it should work like it did to me!
