hey there, I have read that maybe the firewall is blocking the conection between your page and the computer, I have only windows defender, and I tried to give permission to all links you posted but stil cant download the asset library, that makes the program be too slow to upload every asset, do you have any tutorial on how to solve this problem please. I am aware you have a great attention.

Do you only mean that the asset thumbnails are loading very slow or do you have issues accessing anything?
As the slow loading of our thumbnails is a known issue we are working on as seen in this thread.
You can work around this until we have this improved by using our offline asset library.
