It’s some mall I think, I saw a photo and really liked the architecture. cool way to move between floors.

That is way good. I would try a different approach for the light flares though. Maybe a different style or reduce them a lot. And maybe reduce the noise just a little. Other than that I love the composition and the lighting. The little bit of bouned red on the lower portion of the image is a nice touch.
I wish the camera angle and the red accent was my idea, but it was the concept of a very accomplished photographer, but I will employ the “unexplained accent” in the future. Your right about the flares I remembered them as being stronger and didn’t look at the photo when I did the post.
