AUR File size

Hi we simulated a large fire but we are not sure why every 14 frames AUR

file size is almost 8-10 times bigger even though smoke looks the same. Thanks

Hey,

These are backup frames - you can later continue a stopped simulation from such frames with the Restore option, but the downside is that it makes those frames bigger as it keeps more data. If you don’t wish to restore you can set the value to 0 and it won’t make the files bigger. You can read more about this here - Chaos Docs
