I just reinstalled vray after a HD crash and after starting viz and entering my new authorization info - after I open an old vray scene it wants the new authorization info again - After I enter it - it just keeps poping up blank again - really need to start rendering today - anyone know why?

Your company’s name was a way too long and that is why it was abbreviated in our e-mail to you. The data should be entered exactly as it was received when authorizing.

Yes I entered it exactly as it appeared in your email (Copy-paste) and it still doesnt seem to work - what shoudl I do next
