Hi, it sometimes refuses to work, you can however count the shift manually by a basic math formula:
vertical tilt = tg α = adjacent side / opposite side = height difference / target horizontal distance

Is there an automatic? Only I know that there is a button and the command _vrayCamGuessVertical and the value is calculated and set at the camera.
Try this: with the keyboard arrows, move up and back down to return to the original position, then press the guess shift button in the vray toolbar.
