Autosave strange behaviour on corona 4 hotfix 1

Hi,
I noticed that render autosave system is saving small cxr files of rendered materials slots occasionally. I use 3ds max and corona 4 hotfix 1. I didn’t test it on corona 4 I starting using the new version from hotfix 1.
