Avoid frame stutter in parallel camera movements

Hi, i have this issue when animating linear and parallel moves in some scenes. Any tips? thanks

Enabling motion blur might help.

Vlado

Thanks for the reply. Thats what i usually do in post and i also tried from within vray camera but didnt see any improvement. Maybe its some short of illusion?

It’s hard to know without actually looking at it…

Best regards,
Vlado

hahaha sorry yes here u go Dropbox - Error - Simplify your life
This kind of effect. Thoughts? ty

Where did you create that mp4?
It looks like wrong frame rate → drop frames to me.
Like taking 25 fps sequence to 24 fps timeline.

Ye it looks like drop frame, but its not. Its all 25 fps proper but with this issue. I even tried mblur from 3d camera and didnt do the trick..

just a thought, but had kind of similar problem.
In my case it was kind of large outdoor scene but a simple fly-over and it was kind of that mysterious stuttering.
I`m sorry i can`t remember exactly but it was the camera rig itself which produced that problem.
Whether the camera was too far away from origin (guess that should not be the problem with your scene)
or it was the target of the cam. When i changed it to a free cam i think that solved it, which was strange at all cause never had that thing before and after). Maybe it`s worth taking a look into that, hope that helps!

Thanks a lot Olika. i ll check into that, although i already made a new free cam etc etc. I ll recheck stuff in new scene completely cause its really weird.

found the thread from back in the days which kind of gave me the tip (last post in the thread)

Much obliged!
