This is related to Backburner, but I’m wondering if Vray might be involved as well.
I want to submit a job to Backburner using 3dsmax 2026, 3dsmax 2025, and Vray 7 and render it on another PC, but there is an error on one PC that won’t render.
An error is occurring on two of my four PCs. The error details are as shown in the attached image.This is the Japanese version, but please refer to it.
Is there an effective way to resolve this error?

P.S.: Until last month, I was working in an environment with 3dsmax 2025 and vray 7, and the error in this question did not occur. This month, I installed 3dsmax 2026 and the latest vray 7, and while working and testing, the error occurred.
