Here’s another set of interiors we got to work on recently. The project was a competition for some beachfront condos in Southern California.
Total project timeframe was only 3 weeks for code research, architectural design, and 3d modeling/rendering.
There are exteriors as well, but they’re far more schematic and not as compelling.

i suspect that the concrete thing on the right is a fireplace…if yes the wooden block directly in front of it might not be the best materal chosen to be just next to the fireplace…??? it looks nice on the picture but the fuctionality is a question of discussion…

I was wondering if raising the camera height slightly may help give a bit more focus on the externals? (for example, more focus on the pool/ocean edge)
I think the background may need brightening up a small amount (without totally blowing it out)
I think either the GI settings or resolution or geometric detail needs to be higher because IMHO these images are lacking the nice sharp high quality look which as someone mentioned in another thread, is really needed for this style of image.
Will be great to see updates if the design goes ahead
