hey guys, recently i tried to use dome light instead of enviroment skylight and i have to say that i liked it a lot , the soft shadows are so nice, take a look at teh image and tell me what do you think about.

hello candelero, thanks for your words. The only thing i changed was to cut off skylight environment light and put there a vray light dome pointed to down. what i figured out was that with the vray dome the soft shadows got more accuracity and instead of skylight. i’m not at the office right now, but i will put a screen as you requested, thank you very much because your job is one of the best here and its an honor to know that you’ve liked my job

Candelero: it doesn’t matter where do you put the dome light in the scene. You can have a look at the thread about the dome lights in the General section.
