Here is a small house I just sent off for review. It’s okay, so I’ll probably tweak some things.
I like it a lot, excellent work again! there is one thing that is jumping out at me and that is the left side of the peak above the front porch your shingles are lifted with a gap underneath, looked like a wonky shadow till I zoomed in and saw the gap. new signature at the bottom is nice and feels like it adds value to the render.
Thanks! I’ll have to zoom into that roof. I can’t image my clients would like my logo, so when they pay it’ll come off.
Wow! Sweet model, materials and lighting. Great look you have going there. Signature stamp looks good. Does seem like you’re missing some downspouts tho 
Thank you! Yes, I need to work on the gutters. I usually don’t ad downspouts, unless they ask for them. Like curtains, must ask me to remove them.
True, I also only add gutters and downspouts if requested. However, you have gutters only in this case, so imo I would get rid of those if you’re not going to add the downspouts as well. Just looked weird to have gutters sitting up there by themselves. (Or maybe it’s just something only an architect would notice 
)
