Best source for compositing tutorials with vray elements?

I am bad at compositing, yet I want to be better. I’ve tried some tuts at digital tutors, but I’m not super impressed with most of them.

Is there a tut site for comping that is considered super good for element compositing? Thanks for any tips.

I’ve been setting up fusion based on this and its been working pretty well.
