Black fuzzy distortion on some elements in walkthrough

Hi,

One of our team has produced a number of walkthroughs using Revit 2018.3 and Enscape 2.4.

Throughout all of these videos some of the curtain walling has a black fuzzy distortion. The distortion appears to be locked around specific elements.

The video have been rendered at different rates and still appears. There seems to be no logic as to which of the curtain wall panels are distorted.

Any ideas?

Hey @amortiboys , I’m afraid, this is currently a known problem and we’re very busy finding the cause behind it. We’ve received quiet a few reports already so this is something which will be resolved as soon as possible.
