Often I get these black jpg saves. Here is one I just opened, which is partially saved. I have been bitten many times by this.
Do you save the image through 3ds max or VFB? Also is this the RGB channel? Do you use Denoiser? How often does it happen?
I save through the VFB and it’s always the RGB and I do use Denoiser. It doesn’t happen too often, but frequently enough to be a headache.
Does the issue persist with 8 bit formats only? Can you test saving through max instead and let us know if the issue still persist? How often does it happen?
