well it looks too clean…other then that its looking great.

Try to blur it a little bit. It looks a bit to sharp for that background photo.
Maybe you should add some kind of strukture to the bridge to break up that large plane underneath the bridge.
Maybe you could also add some waterdistortion where the water flows around the pillar.
But it looks really nice so far!!!

My only comment would be that there should be some refraction from the water showing on the bottom of the bridge.
Nice metal by the way. Could you post your settings. What type of AA did you use?
