when i hit ‘render’ SU crashes
Hope this helps to establish the cause
1. file size- 84mb
2. PC- Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz, 2.0GB RAM (800Mhz), NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT 256mb ddr3
3. V-Ray version: 1.00, i tried switch to 1.0.75
4. Purged all possible
Now i’m in stuck situation. Any help would be welcome.
P.s. I made a SU backup file of this model few days a go, and now it too won’t render. even though he worked before the problem began.

Maybe they can find out what it is and correct it for you.
(btw, where did you get v1.00.75? I obly get .74 from the download section.)

thanks, i did that.
when i wanted to download the latest release, the download couldn’t complete so i turned to support team and they hooked me up
but i’m not using it since it works slower, meaning lost of time. so i use the v.1.0 :
also uploaded the model and the materials to the web, so as soon as the support team contact me ill give them the link so they could test it by themselves.
