Bug: VRayLensEffects crash with Render to memory Framebuffer turned off

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add a VRayLensEffects effect
  2. Choose V-Ray as renderer
  3. Enable V-Ray Framebuffer
  4. Turn “Render to memory Framebuffer” off
  5. Render → Crash

System:
3ds Max 2012 64-bit, V-Ray 2.10.01

Error message:

UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: Applying render effects.
Last marker is at ./src/globillummap.cpp, line 1428: GlobalIllumMap::buildLightMap() {1}
Please note that although this error is generated by V-Ray, it may not be V-Ray that caused it.
If you feel it is V-Ray that caused this error, please send the file C:\Users\Dani\AppData\Local\Temp\/vraylog.txt and, if possible, (a part of) your scene to vray@chaosgroup.com
