only vlado or whoever the admin of this board is can change your nick.
i know this because i run my own board (phpbb as well), and i get requests for this a lot.
note to the admin, its in user management in the admin menu.

maybe when i hit my 1 millionth post in here they will give me the power to change peoples nicks hehe
