Can’t rotate or even orbit after rendering the image

Hi, I have some serious problems from my enscape 2.8, I can’t rotate or even orbit in my enscape screen after rendering the image, is it bugs or something?i have been reinstalled how many times, but still the same problems, please help & thanks

Could you try if this still happens in our latest release of 3.0.2 as well?
