cannot access the downloadsection/vray-builds

V-Ray V-Ray for 3ds Max Issues

Hi Vlado/Vray-team,
after the installation of max2008 we would like to “upgrade” our vray-version to the latest
build ( for max2008 ), but we cannot access the downloadarea with our usual user/password-data.

Does anything has changed there?? What shall we do now? It´s quite urgent :frowning:

If it’s really urgent I suggest you contact support directly (http://www.chaosgroup.com/en/2/support.html), not through the forum where a quick answer cannot be guaranteed. Phoning them would be the quickest solution I guess :wink:
