Cannot render Resimulation .

Hi all.. I got weird problem.. I cannot use batch render for my Resimulation but I can see it in VFB.. with base Simulation, it’s normally..
I have changed the location for Input, same other topic on our forum.. But still not work..
And weird problem here: (In my attach picture)
As you can see, from frames number 20-36.. nothing render(only 123Kb) .. but frame 37.. It’s OK…
Please help me and show my problem.. Many thanks!

Hey, can you attach you Phoenix log from one run where you couldn’t render? You can find it from the phoenix preferences menu

I couldn’t find Phoenix pref menu.. your mean Simulation preference?
