Enscape not starting. stuck at 50% Exporting Materials. ive tried all possibilities of updating my GPU driver according to the info from website Enscape.com. ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling. my GPU is RTX 4060 with a driver version of 572.42. Ive tried looking at NVIDIA control panel and setting to make sketchup run on GPU. i dont have any on board motherboard integrated graphics.

I tried resorting to Chatgpt. Installed a new version of .NET 8.0 still didnt work.

Also something wierd. the Hardware features for RTX options are greyed out. Im not sure if this is a licensing Issue or a Hardware Issue. Sketchup does seems to run on GPU options fine.

When Enscape disappears after failing to startup, it is still running in Task Manager.

I was able to use Enscape two months ago, but then this error came up suddenly and i couldnt render my projects properly at all. Please help

I can see this thread has been set to resolved so I reckon you were also able to circumvent this issue? Otherwise you can simply stay tuned for a further response from our official support team via the case itself.

For anyone facing similar issue. I’ve solved the issue by running sketchup as Adminstrator…

RTX features also came back online. Everything working fine.

If the fix is running the app as admin, that will be a problem in office environments where users do not have admin rights.
