I have now twice tried to leave feedback in the Portal. I get the verification email, but when I click the link in it I get following error message. Kind of frustrating to write something and it just dissapears in the end

Have you generally tried to submit feedback to us via the dedicated “Submit idea” button (located on the top right of the page) or did you try adding some input to a specific existing (“feedback wanted”, “in development”, “released”) feature in the portal? If so, perhaps you can let me know which one exactly?
That would help with troubleshooting this further, thank you in advance.
I actually tried both with the same result. The existing idea I tried to comment was the “2D Placeholder” in the “Feedback wanted” section.

After investigating further with product management please be assured though that we have actually gotten all of your input despite this dialogue you’re receiving. We’ll still further check out why this occurs in the first place but feel free to share any additional feedback meanwhile and we will still definitley receive it internally.
Just for your information if require any further assistance with anything else what so ever please simply reach out to our support team as detailed here instead as there’ll be reduced support (until the January 1st 2024) in this Forum over Christmas.
