Can't Login to the Support Section

V-Ray V-Ray for 3ds Max Issues

I just wanted to make sure I had the most recent Vray and couldn’t log into the support section with my old username and password.

What do I need to do to request this? I sent out an email yesterday to Vlado. Is that it?

there was a problem with the accounts a couple of weeks ago, perhaps something went wrong then ?

Support nuisance

I’m getting the same bloody thing - it’s the third time my password has died in the last six months - it’s so frustrating, I just requested a new one, I hope it gets here soon - what annoys me just as much is the new password they send you is impossible to remember something like :

You can change your password to whatever you like once you log into the page.
