Enscape will not open in Sketchup. I have the window sketchup version 23.1.340 64-bit and Enscape version 3.5.6+202715. This is what happens:

Step 3: NOTHING every thing disappears and nothing happens.
I’ve tried downloading older versions of enscape to see if that helps. nothing. Is anyone else having this problem or know of a solution?

If so, and your machine should be supported, then definitely also submit a feedback report including log files (checked by default) as per this knowledgebase article here:

After receiving said report our technical support team will analyse the cause behind this further to get back to you again very soon.

In case Enscape also gets stuck during loading at 5% for you, definitely try uninstalling the corresponding software which may be present on your machine (“OpenCL™, OpenGL®, and Vulkan® Compatibility Pack”):
