# Can't open Enscape

Hi all I get this message when opening enscape

I have tried reaching out for support but have heard nothing back yet

I can see our support has already inquired you to please update Enscape and it seems to have resolved this problem at hand. 🙂

Just in case you experience any other problems what so ever feel free to simply reply back via the existing created case of yours, or submit[a new support report](https://forum.enscape3d.com/index.php?thread/23481-how-do-i-contact-support/) with fresh log files.
