CANT OPEN ENSCAPE!!

HI Guys,

I’ve just started a free Trial - Thinking of purchasing a Student version if I can get the darn thing open to have a play around. I have installed, removed, re installed so many times - along with rebooting my computer and still cannot get the Enscape window to open.

I use a Macbook Pro 2021 -M1 chip-16GB-Ventura

Here is what happens:

Install enscape for mac downloaded from chaos site with free trial.

Open Sketchup - Can see Enscape toolbar

Prompted to Sign in to Chaos account to start using

Sign in - ‘sign in successful’ - ‘go render something great’ - close this window.

Back to SketchUp, click Start Enscape button on toolbar - get License Notice prompt again - ‘Dear enscape user, using enscape requires valid license’ etc.etc.

THEN Sign in Window opens again It says I’m signed in.

Start all over again and again and again.

Am I missing something!!!

Anyone out there have any suggestions?

Right away, perhaps you might’ve already tried installing Enscape in the past which would’ve previously started your trial?

In any case, please simply reach out to our dedicated support team directly (via the Help Center/Support button as detailed here) and we’ll be able to assist you further from there and/or reset your trial time so that you can fully try out Enscape before acquiring a student license potentially.
