Can't open Vray Resolution Window

I just recently updated to V-Ray 3.73. Now I can’t open the Resolution Window, this is a massive issue that renders V-Ray useless to us.

Are you using 2 monitors?

I am, however it is not hiding behind anything. I can get it to show up if I keep closing and opening Revit til it finally shows. The window shows up in my taskbar, but it will never show up on screen.

Do both your monitors have different resolution?

No ma’am. My primary monitor is a 2k resolution monitor.

Is it the one where you open Revit at?

Here is what to do: move the entire Revit window to monitor 2, close Revit, re-open it, try opening the Resolution window and let me know the result.

Hmm, yea it opens up without issue on the standard (1920x1080) resolution monitor.

This issue occurs when both your monitors have different resolutions.
