Can't start enscape, it's always stuck while progress

Hello,
ijust installed my new enscape and when i open my sketchup and try to start enscape, it open up but just stuck on loading screen even just for a blank file on sketchup

it’s pops up two thing, "welcome to enscape…" and enscape itself
i can’t close the "welcome to enscape…"

back then i use my older version of sketchup and enscape, it works, but new version it wont work.

Note i use sketchup 2026 and enscape 4.13.0.619
