When I place a domelight with HDRI and turn off the default sun in the Asset Editor the default sun (controlled via SketchUp’s date and time settings) still contributes to the lighting of the scene. Is this a bug?

Do you use v3.4 or v3.6?
Could you please send over a sample scene exhibiting this problem, as well as a couple of rendered images with the Sun enabled/disabled?
Make sure you use Extensions > V-Ray > Pack Project and email the archive at support@chaosgroup.com or use a file-sharing service of your choice.

Hi Peter,
I suspect that it had something to do with editing a VfSU 2.0 model with VfSU 3.6 as I created a “clean” 3.6 file with ThomThoms ruby script, pasted in all the geometry, created a Dome Light and now everything seems to be working properly. If I find a file which is acting strange again I’ll pack it and send it.
