Comments much appreciated,
Tom.

Cool, The leaves all have the same curvature and look a little fake but other wise very nice.

Nice Work. I think the leaves need a little work as allready mentioned.

looks pretty amazing. I think you need something in the background in the white area. Even if it is just in the middle arch. The image looks so good that the leafs don’t bother me that much…

very nice - i wouldn’t touch it, looks good from here… DOF is very nice - people look great

Isn’t that the place where I shot someone in the face with a shotgun?*

*In GTA4.

very nice. shouldnt there be some public toilets half way up the steps? If you are looking south, and if you really want a challenge you could add in some of the trees on poets walk! (would fill up some of the white space nicely)

Hi guys,
Here is an update. Still got work to do!

it looks a lot better already

Hey Tom,

The image does not look too bad. But I have a few crits:

- The back wall is very soft, fake looking.
- You have some holes at the stairs and at the wall.
- The little mini leaves look strange.
- Not sure about the little girl at the top of the stairs doing the funky dance.
- Your lighting does not match your new background (Which appears to be a sunset).

Overall it’s a nice job, I see from your inspiration image that your are not trying to aim for photorealism. Keep up the good work.

I like it, just a couple of small points, the columns look a little waxy rather than concrete, also the DOF makes it look wierd as you dont get much depth of field on wide angle camera lenses if anything the focus would most likely be to infinity making some of the foreground slightly blurred.

nice though like the cols and lighting
