a couple of chairs and lamps I’ve been working on recently. all images were meant to tweak and test objects and materials, but then I started liking my testing room (which I’ve been used for ages). and it was a good excuse to better understand vray’s dof’s sampling.

cheers for the kind words, glad you liked them. none of those images is straight out of vray, but I only did some minor cc, that’s all. and well, I don’t really kept track of render times, but I think they all went fast_ish. and via dr.

I like the one with the chair and the “Milano” book in the background (book being in my mind association to famous Milano furniture Fair with sleek designs and heavily utilised, old chair in the foreground)

cheers Zoran, a reference to milano seemed appropriate with those two lamps. even though, at least in my mind, it has more to do with what milano used to be, in the years those objects were actually produced
