must happen to me once everyday with any project since forever with any version.
i suspect it has something to do with changing scenes while some items are hidden in one and not in another, cause sometimes it does it when I move stuff too.

Are you sure they are disappearing and it’s not the geometry glitch? It looks like there is something outside of the shuttered windows by the vases.
Mmh I checked and it seems like its the persienne’s reflection.. and it really just does it when I actually change the color or map of an object or I move it, even like a centimeter
