Chaos Cloud issue with Multiple render elements

Hi,
I am having issues using Chaos Cloud with render elements. I get this error “Multiple render elements with the same name are not supported.”.
I don’t have multiple render elements with the same name. I just have a Cryptomatte and a lightmix

Without any render elements it works, but I really need the render elements.

I am using Cinema 4D 2024 , V-ray 6.10, latest update of Chaos Cloud application, Mac OS Monterey

If you have any ideas on how to resolve the issue let me know.

Hi, in the cloud supported features there is a note about partial support for VRayCryptomatte.

5 – VRayCryptomatte RE is supported when rendering with Bucket Image Sampler.​

Are you using bucket sampler?

We tried both bucket and progressive, still the same issue

Hi sirio76,

This might be related to Instanced lights in your scene. Specifically, when using LightMix RE with the mode set to Individual Lights, this error can occur.

You can try changing the LightMix mode to different mode that suits your project. ​
