Chaos Cosmos Browser can't be reached?

V-Ray V-Ray for 3ds Max Issues

I’m having issues opening up the chaos browser. It was working a week or so back.

This is what comes up:

I already have it in my firewall settings:

Anyone have some ideas?

Update,

It definitely isn’t my firewall as I’ve turned it off completely and it still doesn’t work.

I managed to sort this. I went to “Apps and Programs”, uninstall chaos browser. Went to common files in program files and delete ChaosCosmos. Reinstalled VRay to get Chaose Browser back. Went to windows bar, “Stop Chaos Browser”, then “Start Chaos Browser”, then it worked.
